One Scary Thing
As we were unloading the baby stuff we'd bought for a friend about to have a baby, Jet asked if he could take the bit of furniture to his room. "I want the baby in my room."
Eek. "Baby? This is for a friend's baby." says I.
"You mean there's no baby in the box?" asked Jet.
"No. There's no baby in the box." I declare firmly.
"Oh." He looked at it a bit unhappily. "Oh, well."
