as for real estate agents... in my previous life as a contractor, i developed a poor opinion of real estate agents -- i encountered several of the type who would sell their own mother to make a sale.
so when i was househunting out here to move back, i was delighted to deal with my current agent. she is a real estate agent the way i'm a geek -- it's down to her core and it informs the way she looks at everything. it's really quite enjoyable to deal with.
