It was 65°!!!!!

It was sunny and hot and everyone was in t-shirts by the end of it. *laughs*

I pray that, too. I pray he and his family stay safe.

Nah... yesterday y!gallery announced their changes in their terms of service. Some of it's good, but the Great Big Pain in the ASS is that all the fanfic writers have to get rid of all their thumbnails that might be copyrighted material. As if the fanfiction (and art) isn't as much of a violation of copyright to begin with, as in none of the writers are profiting by it; and as if putting up *commissioned* fanart for thumbnails is any better... They're saying it's because they don't want to get sued, but there have been fanfic writers dropping off right and left because of it.

What's even funnier is the self-righteous developer of the site is like, "Well, it's NO BETTER to have people stealing other peoples fanart for their thumbnails. Don't do that either!" It's like they want to do the right thing, but only so far. I mean if they were really that worried about copyright, they should be kicking all the fanart and writing off, but it's too damned profitable for them, isn't it?

Last week's thing was just figuring out the translation mattered to me for Twin Souls. Nothing like this...

OH! And good news... Gabe was kind enough to thrash the hell out of my Sam Cham fic, and I learned a lot thereby. I'm in the throes of finish the last edit on it, but I'm not about to post it in the midst of the FLOOD of re-do's on Y!Gallery as everyone and their mother changes their thumbnails. So I'll get to contemplate the ending for a bit. I'm kind of glad of that, actually.
