Thanks!! It is kind of funny that way... and it always takes about a week for me to lie easy in my own bed, mostly because of the altitude adjustment I have to make when I come back from sea-level. But the *bed* feels wonderful, especially with an electric blanket against the cold.
I love jambalaya... *happy sighs*. this is a pretty good recipe (http://www.recipezaar.com/Chicken-Shrimp-and-Andouille-Jambalaya-28165), especially since it's baked, not boiled. But I'd probably cook the saute until it's really brown and leaving that almost crust on the bottom of the pan/pot before doing the next step. I liked buying spice mixes while in New Orleans just because I hadn't had a good place to start before... and the Winn-Dixie mix was just too tempting when it was Right There... but it reminds me a little of Rice-a-Roni from the box *laughs* even if there isn't any MSG in it.
