Oooh, that looks so good, thank you! I spent a goodly while this morning looking up recipes online and trying to decide what I'd want to put in one of my own. This one looks like exactly what I've been looking for! Spice mixes are just so handy, but there is the risk you'll get that 'pre-packaged' flavour. There are some really great ones though, just herb and spice blends with no weird stuff or piles of extra salt.

It's finally warming up a bit here, for good this time. We've had some really wacky weather the past month or so - blizzards followed by sunny days in the... *googleconvert!* 50s, followed by ice and below freezing temps. The wildlife doesn't know which way to jump, and what I can see of my greenery peeking up through the two foot snow is very confused. :)
