I'm glad you cross-posted this! I missed a lot of stuff that was posted during the holidays. This is a delightful story. I adore friendship fics like this, and I really like how you had Rangiku use the ice cream to push a gentle life lesson. Also, that ice cream combo is so very, very Orhime (so I guess the lesson took).
