Huh. I adored First Class. Far, far more than the other three movies in the series, actually, and more than Wolverine, definitely. *blink blinks* I er, liked all the dialogue, even with all the ideology talk floating around, and thought they did a good job of managing a massive cast that all had to be put into the appropriate places. Loved the scenes between Charles and Erik. And it's probably because I know jack-all about Xmen, but I liked the way they handled the ending. Then again, I'm a sucker for Kevin Bacon (who was a total surprise to me) and McAvoy, though, hm... they could have done more with him, certainly. I liked how he managed to pull off the pompous arrogance with the humanitarian thing.

Interesting. Cool to look at it like that, in comparison to the Mission Impossible series, which, still need to watch... All the WAY through, this time, Allie.

But! Will put in a good word for Captain America. I went into it expecting not to care much for it, but it's quite well done to be kept as, er, falsely "period" as it is. And hell, anything with Tommy Lee Jones getting screen time...
