Two friends came to visit me last year and we spent the week in Denver playing tourist. Only one day did we go to Nan Desukan and the rest of the week we saw the Denver Museum of Natural History, tromped around the Bontanical Gardens and several other places. Before we all met up I had stumbled upon Domo restaurant so we had to go.

The owner is from the country and also customized the foods so it wasn't the traditional Japanese food that I'm used to (I'm from Yokosuka, it's a little south of Tokyo), but it was very delicious and there was *so* much food! The location is in the middle of an industrial looking area with a train track nearby. The outside of the place looked rather dreary in concrete blocks, but once you go through the shabby wooden gates, it feels like you stepped into a scenic garden in Japan. ^^
