Precisely! And the serial nature, something showing up every week, is something I'd like to do. It also has to do with how TV series are structured, too. The whole several episodes of introducing the characters/team, and then moving into stories with some backstory, and then into arcs of higher-level storytelling. Both manga and anime do this, as do US tv series of all sorts, and it would be amazing fun to tap into that kind of structure with a story or even several stories running parallel.
