101 degree temperature

So Jet's on his second day of being quite warm to the touch. He has no cold symptoms, no running nose, no cough, no pain that makes him cranky or unhappy. He's just a hot-burning happy little camper who's a little more quiet than usual. So it's likely to be teething. We've been dosing him with Tylenol or Motrin, depending on if he's had something to eat and/or if he's about to sleep for a while or something and we don't want it to wear off, and he's been content.

I think that ten years ago, if I'd come across a 101 degree temp for two days, I would have thought the mom was crazy for not taking the tyke immediately into the emergency room. Now, it's just the second day, it's only after day three and some symptoms that I even think about it. So odd how ones views change.

Okay, especially since Jet slept through the night last night...
