topsy turvy day, starting with a power outage at work. So John got much less done than he wanted, as he was dependent on the networked computers. I was quite happy with my laptop, as I could do everything I needed without any network and, in fact, probably got more work done without email interruptions or temptations to go to the net.

Things came back up in the afternoon. They were up before they were stable, and my network guy told me so, so it was good. They also told me when things really were stable. I was glad and here I am. Yay!
