I had the nicest compliment today.

I'm having a hard time grasping all the technical detail for all the nine major groups of tools I'm supposed to be supporting and having the hardest time with the two primary toolsets that need the most help because I've never used either of them. There's just too much for me to do to be able to sit down and even run through a tutorial. so my grasp is all conceptual, not specific.

But someone told me, today, that by looking at me, from the outside, they'd never have been able to tell that I felt so unfounded. Wow. I look like I know what I'm doing! Amusingly enough, most folks have said that if they have a problem with the process or tools thereof they'll as me or the Czar of the release. It's nice to know that I rate equal to a Czar. *grin*
