This morning I'm running around the house searching for my keys and I finally say, "WHERE are my keys??"

A little voice says, "I'll show you."

And Jet takes me by the hand and tows me to my keys...

Wow.

I suspect two pieces of gum would do. Ah, yes. That's his rate, though he wouldn't object to a Hot Wheels car or a few random Lego bricks as well.

Deal.

Btw, I have so much to say about the video game post that I actually cannot formulate a response that isn't pages long :) You need to live closer.

Small children do not have brains full of phone numbers, PINs, ad jingles, sports scores, budgets, and RPG rules. If they've seen something, they have the brain space to remember where they saw it. When I was Jet's age, my parents were building a house, and I knew where almost every tool had been left most recently, and my parents and grandparents took advantage of that when they lost something.

Sadly, it doesn't last.

Brain too full. If I tried, it would just come out like a big black blur, an oil-stain that contained a million letters and words that all wanted to come out at once.

Brain runs, perhaps.

Ew.

But thanks for the "Mmmm" before the thought of pages of me. It's a nice boost to my flagging fingers.
