I'd sell it to her based on what she could afford to buy, unless you get a lot of "I wish I had a spinning wheel" requests.

(The sentimental value is, of course, another axis entirely. Though sometimes a case of "going to someone who needs/wants/loves it" helps. It was hard to sell my old car Graymist!)
