Tomatoes For Sale

Jet decided to take advantage of our plethora of tomatoes, and he had us help him build a stand that he put next to the common mailboxes. He then sold lots and lots and lots of tomatoes. They were bought by friends, neighbors, and folks wandering through. Everyone thought they tasted wonderful, which was very cool.

Jet was really happy to be able to make some money, and he and I went shopping Saturday night, at Target. We wandered up and down the aisles, and he settled on three different sets of things before finally ending up with some of the Mission to Mars Lego sets. Happy boy. :-)

I was just happy to not have to make MORE sauce or freeze more of them. There should be more opportunities for Jet in the near future.

Those tomatoes look much nicer than the ones I just bought. Too bad I live so far away or I'd come to Jet for all my tomatoes :)
