Wow... thank you for weeding out only the best for me! I appreciate that a lot, and what you've given me has been very very fine indeed.
Yeah... Girl Genius isn't manga... but Dramacon definitely qualifies in my book. I think that it's how she portrays what are very, very American traditions with all their quirks, peculiarities, and cool things as well. It's in an interesting contrast to the details of Japanese culture that sometimes get highlighted in various Japanese manga. Well, AND the art style is just really fun.

I really, really liked ASN a *lot*... I love how everything wove together and how they got resolution in all the most satisfying of ways given each character's difficulties... thought some aspects of the ending were very sad, having Sou show up in the epilogue really made it all worthwhile...
