*smiles* Yes. I think you've caught the differences exactly between the two. Tempou has never been as... respectful... as Hakkai, but he needed that for what he was doing, I suspect... I'm glad that how I had them differ worked for you!

I suspect that Ukitake and Tenpou would amuse each other unduly, simply by being themselves and knowing that all that other stuff probably didn't mean much to either of them.
I'm not sure it'll go further, but I'm not sure it won't... it's one of those cases where the ideas are much easier than the writing itself. But, I am now very amused at the idea of Kenren running through Soul Society... *laughs and laughs*
