Oo, what an evil ability that adjucha has. And yet without a powerful opponent there is no need to evolve, which Ukitake and Kyouraku do beautifully here. Some great imagery and tension, and then argh! cliffhanger! Here's hoping you already have most of the next instalment written. *crosses fingers*
