My boss just popped into my office to tell me he really appreciated me taking three days of controversy and distilling it into three lines that captured all the relevant details and the jist of what was meant by a rather cloudy concept. He hopes the rest of his crew buys into it, but he couldn't see a clearer way of explaining it. I think I got a great compliment from him when he said, "I have no idea, now, why it was so hard for us!"
