liralen... so... as I expected and hoped, my conditioning at this particular point is good enough for me to get through a two and a half hour workout in an unfamiliar discipline. I am pretty happy about that.
But it is NOT good enough to allow me to feel like anything but thoroughly beat up the next morning.
Perhaps to be expected, but, owowowowow...
