Me too! A very class act, and I hope other companies will follow suit with an auction-style IPO, rather than do the old-style corrupt IPO that rewarded short term greed at the expense of long-term shareholder value.
That doesn't necessarily mean I'd buy their stock, but I do intend to read their S1, and recommend that everyone at least read their most excellent Letter to Shareholders, modelled on Warren Buffett's famous "An Owner's Manual" for the shareholders of Berkshire Hathaway.

Yeah. I don't know if I'll buy in immediately, but I really want to understand the mechanics of exactly what they're doing.
