Salad Days

liralenIt amuses me, immensely, that after a couple of decades with John that I've finally come to regard salad as 'fast food'. Especially when I have a bag of pre-washed lettuce/spinach in the fridge. I can throw something together that's tasty and satisfying in only five minutes. This from being someone that regarded salads with mild suspicion.
Maybe it also helped that, for the last two years, we've been going to Souper Salad! twice a month on such a regular basis.
