Thanks. Interesting stuff, and I concur that interest rates are likely on their way up...couldn't see them falling more than they have, in any case.
I think oldman's epeculation that she links to (under the "little guy") link goes a little far, like speculating that a Grand Alliance between China/Russia/the EU is in the works, or that another Great Depression is on the horizon. There's a lot of things which have to come together just right for either to happen.
However, it doesn't hurt to be prepared, in any case.
