Rules of My Heart
Apr. 28th, 2005 10:15 amSo Jet has a new thing when he wants to do something and wants to do it a certain way, he'll explain what it is and how it is he is going to do something and then matter-of-factly adds, "It's the rules of my heart."
Even when it's "I want the hairy sprinkles and seaweed sprinkles and rainbow sprinkles on my rice, in that order. It's the rule of my heart."
Awwwww... :-)
Now I can see why Brenda called Jet "my gentle poet" when she had him.

Date: 2005-04-30 09:33 pm (UTC)Jet says, "We're doomed!" occasionally, too. Since it's a phrase I use, I can see why.
He also was sitting in my lap the other day, watching the iTunes graphics rippling through my big screen monitor and called things "that's fire lava, shooting around" or "Water! It's splashing EVERYWHERE!" or "that's lightening DANCING" and then during one rather fireworks of molten, rainbow metals he said, "Ooooo... that's Guu-looooorious!"
Yeesh, where did he get a word like *glorious*??
We're so doomed.
