What if leaders of the world's major religions got together one day and denounced all religious violence--and no one cared?

Reality just makes me hold my head in my hands, sometimes...

Me too. It's why increasingly I'm a pagan... but a secular pagan. A heathen.

It's good to know that all those religious leaders renounced violence, though. Maybe we should start celebrating that day and see if anyone notices.

Religious leaders promoting nonviolence has neither violence nor scandal, hence it isn't considered top-of-the-news-hour worthy. Gotta pander to those ever-shortening attention spans with MOREMICHAELJACKSONTRIALCOVERAGEALLTHETIMERIGHTHERERIGHTNOW!!!, sigh.
