This morning is all meetings. Whee...

John's birthday is today, and I'm debating what to do for it. There is time while he's at work, and Jet and I could have some fun doing something.

It's amazing how Jet's new mobility really makes me feel like he and I can 'do things' together, even though he's still pretty much doing whatever he wants to do. It is, however, easy enough to distract him with something or entertain him while we are 'doing something' together, like when I'm cooking or when I'm making something he gets right in to see what everything is and taste it. It's fun to have him just tumble right into the middle of whatever I'm doing and study everything I'm interested in as well.

His cold is finally over, for real. He was pretty miserable with it for a while, but it's now pretty much done with. The humidifier that Mom and Dad gave us has helped his head out, so I am glad of it, now.

The weather is supposed to be getting warmer again, and I'll be glad of that.
