Instead, join the Romance Writers of America, which is an actual guild of romance writers. They have sponsored workshops, actual writers, agents and PUBLISHERS involved in their workshops, and they have a mentoring process that can get you published (if you turn out to be a good writer for romance) within two years. This is immensely better than the SFWA, by as you can probably tell.
