Playing Around Again

For some reason Kuchiki-taichou is just really fun to draw....

I have three boys running around the house entertaining each other. It's good to have play dates on holidays.



I sketched this in my book, scanned it and then inked and added colors using... yeah, I know... painful... but I used Paint. I think I like the results as time consuming as they were to get. If you click on the picture it'll take you to my flickr where I also have the pencil sketch I started with. It would have been a *LOT* faster, I think if I'd just printed the trimmed scan and then water colored the colors in... but I would never have gotten *that* black... *grin*

*smiles* I'm so glad that you like him.

I think that that might be my strength in drawing, now, to just stick with what is absolutely necessary. It's honed by the brush painting techniques, so I need to work with that.
