... so... as I expected and hoped, my conditioning at this particular point is good enough for me to get through a two and a half hour workout in an unfamiliar discipline. I am pretty happy about that.

But it is NOT good enough to allow me to feel like anything but thoroughly beat up the next morning.

Perhaps to be expected, but, owowowowow...

... and I'm an thankful for ibuprofen.

You could have a nice scene with him giving Ukitake a backrub after a strenuous training session, and it being the first time Ukitake had had a backrub from Shunsui. ;)

Mmmmm... yes. There was a recent Orange and Black entry that had a backrub that I particularly liked...

Definitely need a less intense story after the first one.
