I HUNGRY!

The apple pie I baked for Easter dinner tomorrow was driving me entirely insane until I suddenly realized that I hadn't eaten lunch. Low blood sugar is NOT MY FRIEND. Ahem.

I'm rereading The Curse of Chalion and I weep at the gorgeous language of it all and poor Caz being so broken at the beginning and the utterly rich descriptive language of how Caz *sees* as an old solder. And at all the things the terribly practical side of him says. And I want to write like THAT. I'll get there. Eventually, but, meanwhile, I weep.

Maybe it's just the low blood sugar. Lunch. Now.

I wish they would get the next one out of hardback; I buy too many books to afford hardbacks - and I want the series in order on the same shelf. I'm glad more authors get hardback and get the money but guys - it's been *months* now.

Yeah, I like the paperbacks, but I had to have Paladin of Souls in hardback, just the way I am, I guess.
