liralenThe house is filled with the scent of a Northern Indian style curry, I think. Yogurt and Garam Masala as a marinade, lots of onions, garlic and ginger and it's bubbling away happily around discount chicken parts I'd frozen probably more than a month ago. Yeah, emptying the freezer can be quite the adventure.
