Perl is sweet...
Mar. 29th, 2002 04:45 pmJust automated a bunch of text munging I've been doing for the last five years for my normal journal. I thought it was going to take me days, but with perl, while learning it, it took me just two hours. Hee. Regular expressions are *good*.

I'm gradually working up to using CGI with perl as I want to create a page that'll show the system according to whatever someone is interested in looking at... seven dimensional matricies are hard to look at in two dimensions all at once, so if they're interested in a particular dimention it'll spit the appropriate data at them.
